The Associated Press reported that three companies - Gilster-Mary Lee Corp., The Kroger Co. and Dillon Companies Inc. - did find themselves accused of putting one man in danger who had regularly purchased popcorn manufactured by the businesses.
The lawsuit alleges that the Chicago-based factory failed to get this individual medical attention after he was sprayed with a toxic chemical solution.
